Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and we handle the whole setup for you.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Use your own domain, or a free address like bz.bookinstore.com/yourshop.
Is it available in Chinese?
Yes. The client-facing website and booking pages switch between English and Chinese.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with no contract. Yearly plans cover a full year; we'll go over the terms with you before you start.
Is my client data safe?
Each shop has its own isolated database with nightly backups. Card numbers are handled by the payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
